Founder : This person is owner of clan that created the gaming community. This member has FULL authority over all of XCON GAMING. This member provides a positive gaming environment and instill leadership values in all of their subordinates. They have paid for the expenses of running the community out of their own pockets and built the community from the ground up. Founder coordinate the Administrator Teams and ensure the smooth running of the web sites, forums, and News and Marketing areas.

Co-Founders: These members has full authority in XCON. These members are the people that have given their all to create this gaming community, provide a positive gaming environment and instill leadership values in all of their subordinates. They are running the community and built the community from the ground up. Both Co-Founders coordinate the Administrator Teams and ensure the smooth running of the web sites, forums, and News and Marketing areas.

Website Manager: The person responsible for maintaining, designing or developing a website. A website manager coordinates of publishing content, maintaining continuity of themes, designing layout, streamlining navigation and increasing online presence to potential customers. They must have knowledge of search engine analytics to maximize traffic to websites and does coding for website.

Requirements : You should how to code and know how do web management. You should be a part of the XCON Community for at least a 12 Months fulfillment of the rank. A General Counsel consist of Both Co-Founders must appoint someone to this rank.

Senior Advisor : Not only performs administrative duties and does the behind the scenes work, but also coordinates the with Co-Founders to make sure Administrative Divisional Officers and runs their Squad Teams in a productive and performs administrative duties.
Requirements : Be a part of the XCON Community for at least a 12 Months fulfillment of the rank. A General Counsel consist of Both Co-Founders must appoint someone to this rank.

Junior Advisor: Performs administrative duties and performs the behind the scenes work, their responsibility of coordinating the Divisional Staff Members. To Make Sure Divisional Officers and runs their Squad Teams in a productive and performs administrative duties. They must be successfully recruiter.
Requirements: Be a part of the XCON Community for at least a 9 Months fulfillment of the rank. A General Counsel consist of Both Co-Founders and Senior Advisor must appoint someone to this rank.

Divisional Officers: Rank is awarded to members of XCON that have demonstrated exemplary leadership skills, as well a multi-tasking, and problem solving abilities. The Divisional Officer Member oversees all of the XCON gaming community Divisions and is personally responsible for the positive gaming environment of each member of XCON.
Requirements: Be a part of the XCON Community for at least a 6 Months fulfillment of the rank. Also to obtain this rank the person must be successfully recruiter. A General Counsel consist of Both Co-Founders and Senior Advisor must appoint someone to this rank.

Squad Leader: This rank is awarded to the leader that has demonstrated not only the ability to multi-task, but to coordinate and train other leaders. The responsibility of a is to oversee his/her in Division all aspects. He or She be scheduling meetings, training, ensuring a positive gaming environment for every member of their Squad.
Requirements: Be a part of the XCON Community for at least 13 weeks (4 months) and fulfillment of the Assistant Leader rank for at least 1 month. Also to obtain this rank the person must successfully recruit a minimum of 8 people.

Squad Assistant: These are gamers who have exhibited leadership skills and abilities and have decided to step up to the next level of leadership.These are officers in training and assist the Squad Leader.
Requirements: Be a part of the XCON Community for at least 8 weeks (2 months) and successfully recruit a minimum of 6 people.

Squad Members: Registered member of XCON Gaming. Active member that participates in Squad activities and Attend to Squad Meetings.
Requirements : Joining an XCON Gaming being fully Register on Website.
